Key Features :
  • Blend of Gluten, enzymes, emulsifiers, oxidizing agent and permitted additives. It attacks the broken starch of flour giving reducing sugar, which are redily fermentable by yeast.
  • It gives strength to the weak gluten and maintain the sedimentation value of the flour to maintain the loaf volume. .
  • It gives consistent alpha-amylase activity to flour.
